Seeing Spots

         For fall I am officially on the polka dot wagon. I had been getting a little sick of 1950's style halter dresses that were plastered with the print the past few years, and was ready for it to be taken in a different direction. Cue the maxi skirts and printed skinny jeans!



       

The trend exception:
This dress has enough unique qualities (the color, high collar, and loose silhouette) that I think the polka dots look both chic and unexpected, even though it doesn't technically fit within my personal guidelines.
